Blackberry KEYone Review

BlackBerry has launched the KeyOne in India. The smartphone is priced at Rs 39,990 and is available exclusively on Amazon.in. It runs on the Snapdragon 625 platform, offers 4GB RAM and 64GB built-in storage.

BlackBerry Keyboard is great ; DTEK security and BB Hub are useful apps ; Good battery life ; Camera clicks good pics in well-lit conditions

Overall performance could have been better ; Display aspect ratio isn't great for watching videos ; Inconvenient power button placement

As a standalone device, the BlackBerry KeyOne is a good phone. However, throw competing smartphones into the mix at the same price point and it’s difficult to recommend the KeyOne.

BlackBerry KeyOne review

BlackBerry's back and it's never looked so good

Ergonomic keyboard with clever functionality ; Decent battery life with fast charging ; Build quality stands out

Small screen not great for watching movies ; Keyboard gets in the way of gaming ; Camera performance could be better

The best BlackBerry we’ve seen in years, but with a design that limits its fun factor

BlackBerry KeyOne review

The comeback KeyOne

Physical keyboard ; Sophisticated high-end design ; Smart, secure software

Not great at entertainment ; Mid-range phone chipset ; No dual-SIM or dual speaker

BlackBerry KeyOne is a sophisticated-looking smartphone that resurrects a physical keyboard in the modern Android era. Its tactical QWERTY keyboard offers a dose of nostalgia, while its smart and secure software give businesses some peace of mind. Just...

BlackBerry 2017 review

A real BlackBerry running Android - physical keyboard included

Tactile keyboard feels good ; Android 7.0 Nougat is here ; Strong enterprise software

Does it still have an audience? ; A very early prototype

The new BlackBerry for 2017 is so new that TCL hasn't finished with the design or specs, but what we've seen gives us the best of familiar hardware and some of the newest Android software.

BlackBerry Keyone review: The return of the keyboard warrior

The BlackBerry Keyone is here, and it isn't half bad – but do you really need that keyboard?

Physical keyboard ; MicroSD card slot

Low power core components ; Small 4.5in screen size ; Not great value

My guess is that, if you really think about it and weigh-up the options, you’ll almost certainly come to the conclusion that this isn’t the smartphone for you, and you’d be better off buying any number of its rivals at around this price.

BlackBerry and TCL have made a physical keyboard phone a viable option again with the KEYone

BlackBerry soliders on with a curious Android device that gets nearly everything right. It's not for everyone though, in fact, it's not really for anyone. But if you want a physical keyboard you will absolutely love it.

But then, the KEYone is the best BlackBerry phone for years. It has (finally) successfully melded classic BlackBerry design with the necessary mix of Android and nostalgia. Importantly, the latter is only faint this time – this is a device for 2017,...

BlackBerry KeyOne

With its excellent hardware keyboard, BlackBerry's Android-powered KeyOne phone is a messaging marvel for a niche audience.

Fantastic physical keyboard. Well-balanced feel. Long battery life. Good speakerphone.

Cameras aren't terrific. Can be a little slow.

But it's okay if you haven't moved on. The KeyOne doesn't force you to make the painful compromises the Classic and Priv did: It's a mainstream Android phone running all of the latest apps, and it doesn't feel like it weighs a pound and a half. TCL and...

BlackBerry KeyOne

BlackBerry smartphones don't have the clout they used to, but the truth is, since it ditched BB10 for Android, the company has released some pretty decent handsets.

BlackBerry KEYOne Review: In Depth

BlackBerry KEYOne Review: BlackBerry's first smartphone of 2017 is a cunning blend of old and new. With its Android OS boosted by BlackBerry tweaks and features, as well as a physical QWERTY keyboard…

Great battery life ; Well-designed keyboard ; Useful Android additions

Limited performance ; Camera bettered by rivals ; Dinky screen

This handset boasts plenty of great features, all wrapped up in a smart business-like frame. However, many similarly-priced rivals boast better performance and more compact design, as well as smarter camera tech.
